Candles
When lighting your candle for the first time it is important to allow the wax to melt to the edges of the jar. This creates a ‘memory’ for your candle and ensures your candle burns correctly for the life of the candle. On the first burn it may take up to 3-4 hours before the wax reaches the edges of the jar. Cooler temperatures and other environmental factors can affect the burn quality of your candle.

Never burn a candle for longer than 4 hours at a time. If you notice your candle jar is becoming hot we recommend to extinguish the flame and allow the jar to cool before relighting.

Before every burn you must trim the wick of your candle. This can be done by pinching the wick gently using a tissue or ideally using a wick trimmer. The wick of your candle should be no less than 5mm, if you trim your wick shorter than this it may cause a poor burn. Always trim the wick of your candle when the candle has completely cooled down.

If you notice black soot forming around the inside of your jar be sure to check if your wick have been trimmed. Black soot can easily be cleaned by carefully wiping off with a tissue.

It is important to keep your candle in a cool, dry place. Exposure to direct sunlight may cause the wax to discolour and sweating is also common in warmer temperatures.

- Never leave a burning candle unattended.
- Keep anything that may catch alight away from your candle whilst burning.
- Always keep your candle on a flat, heat resistant surface.
- Keep candles away from drafts, out of reach of children and pets.
- Always practise caution when using your candle and check on it regularly to prevent any hazards.
- Always check your candle has been extinguished correctly before leaving the room to prevent fire.

Diffusers

Remove plastic plug from diffuser bottle and replace screw top lid. Place reed sticks into diffuser bottle and allow the diffuser base to soak into the reeds. On the first use, allow the reeds to soak for 1-2 hours and then flip the reeds to allow the scent to disperse. We recommend flipping the reeds once a week thereafter for optimal results.

Always take care when flipping the reeds, the diffuser base can stain surfaces if not handled carefully. If spillage does occur, wipe spills immediately to prevent staining of surfaces. Always keep your reed diffuser on a stable surface in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children and pets.

Room Sprays
Shake bottle well before use. Spray into center of room avoiding direct contact with textiles and furnishings. Avoid contact with face, eyes, textiles and furnishings.

Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Do not swallow.

Melts
To use: Simply break off 1-2 cubes from your soy melts pack and place into the dish of your oil burner or electric warmer. Each cube will last approx 6+ hours.

For large areas we recommend using at least 2 cubes.

Once your soy melt has stopped dispersing the fragrance it’s time to replace. To remove your wax melt from the dish of your oil burner and enable easy cleaning, ensure the wax has solidified before placing your dish into the freezer for approximately 15 minutes. This will allow the wax melt to be easily removed.

Warning: Never leave an open flame unattended, if leaving the room extinguish the flame. Ensure the oil burner or warmer is kept on a stable surface, away from children, pets and other flammables.
